Join us for a tea / coffee and a chat - Drop in - please RSVP though so we can prepare the apporpriate number of seating. This month we are joined by SP Therapy Services to showcase their Virtual Coast to Coast Challenge where all our supporters, members and service users can get involved with the "Let's Move" campaign.
